Carrier Grade

Carrier Grade - by design

From the beginning Palladion was designed to be applicable for large service providers and carriers. As opposed to other products which started in the enterprise market segment and which are very often struggling to deliver the same functionality for thousands of parallel calls and millions of concurrent registrations, Palladion's internal structure was always supposed to provide real-time service assurance for large service providers.

Palladion is leveraging latest hardware technology and the extensive experience of IPTEGO engineers how to handle large amounts of SIP and RTP data in order to provide real-time service assurance analysis for carrier environments.

High Availability

Palladion is a passive device and therefore an outage would not affect the actual service. However, the various aspects of service assurance is very important for operation SIP networks so that Palladion can be deployed with redundancy including automatic failover.

Palladion's very attractive pricing model allows for deploying it with redundancy in a cost effective way without just doubling the costs for the solution as it is the case with some other products.

Scalability

Palladion was designed to handle the traffic at large service providers and carriers efficiently. Being an appliance which is passively deployed without any integration effort it can be deployed at smaller service providers' networks at reasonable costs. In this case Palladion just does not need its full performance. When being deployed at carrier networks Palladion can prove its full strength in efficiently handling SIP and media data. The scalability concept for Palladion guarantees that it can be used in networks of any size and even with geographic distribution.
