IPTEGO is presenting this solution as yet another way to integrate NGN data with standard IT infrastructure on the 4G World Conference 2010 held in Chicago on October 18-21.
IPTEGO extended the existing remote interfaces of it’s NGN optimization software suite PALLADION to now support direct access to network, application and customer data from Microsoft Excel using a Visual Basic client implementation. IPTEGO customers can now perform ad-hoc calculations, trend analysis and reporting based on the complete set of available real-time information that PALLADION gathers from the NGN network data.
As a specialist in NGN optimizations IPTEGO constantly enhances the functionality of PALLADION to increase the benefit for all existing and future customers. The advantages of an easy-to-use integration with Microsoft Excel has been elaborated jointly with a UK based Tier 1 operator who is using the PALLADION software suite for operations, troubleshooting and monitoring of NGN networks.
The Microsoft Excel integration extends the existing built-in analysis, troubleshooting and alerting capabilities of PALLADION by allowing data processing through easy-to-use Macros, formulas or data transformations. The various visualization options provided by Microsoft Excel allow to illustrate and report quickly and efficiently.
