The company, headquartered in the center of Berlin, Germany, was founded by Alexander Hoffmann (CEO) and Ulrich Abend (COO). The two directors and the team at IPTEGO bring over 20 years of software development experiences in the SIP market. The core development team gained their SIP experience working on the original development team at the Fraunhofer Institute where SIP was invented. This experience has led to the development of SIP based products that have been successfully installed and are currently running at one of the largest telecommunications companies in Europe.
